When you put yourself out there — beyond your comfort zone — you’re vulnerable.
We’re doing what most are too scared to do by risking failure and or embarrassment.
And our hearts are on the line (ah the fresh smell of criticism in the air).
But vulnerability is where growth happens.
Great communication is essential to any relationship. Personal or business.
Open mind. Intentional listening. Open to critiques that nurture versus tear down.
We can’t read each other’s minds.
We can guess, but assumptions lead us astray more than they benefit us.
If we don’t ask for help, then it’s a safe bet we won’t get it.
