Happiness Is Always There

Happiness is a mindset. Stress from other aspects of your life (chronic pain, debt) can weigh on your mind and make being happy harder, but it’s still within your reach.

Breath is happiness. Little moments of presence and observation help grow your happiness.

Negativity, criticism, and regret are all antagonists of happiness. Prune them and you’ll be much better off.
