Action and Results

One hundred great ideas are worth nil compared to a good idea executed.

Nobody cares about your ideas, they only care about your actions and results.

The only way to change someone’s mind is to show not tell. You can try to “tell”, but the moment you step out of that narrative yourself and deviate from what you preach, you’ll lose all credibility.

Live by your actions instead of your thoughtful wishes.

The classic example is a doctor who tells you how to be healthy, but smokes cigarettes in the parking lot and looks like they have had one too many fried chicken sandwiches.

People smell disingenuousness a kilometer away.

If you say you are going to do something—do it!

Lead with your actions. Or to put it more brashly—nut up or shut up.
