What’s one thing you want to change this year?
Forget lists on lists of goals we want to accomplish.
In the race to change our entire lives overnight, we end up overwhelmed, unmotivated, and unable to do it all, so we do nothing.
But. The great thing about change (and good habits) is that it doesn’t take much to start, and when we do, the value is significant.
Good habits ricochet value over our entire lives, not just the specific area that we are changing.
Getting up early changes everything, not just our alarm settings.
Start with one thing.
Start where you are. Start immediately. Don’t wait until you have “permission” or anything you think you need.
One is a whole lot better than none.
