It often doesn’t take much to reset your mind when you are in a negativity spiral or a bad mood.
The key is to remove yourself or your current environment from the equation.
A good night’s sleep will do it. Or making a to-do list can help clarify what’s bothering you / what needs to be done. Or taking a day off for yourself to focus on what you love can boost your energy and capacity.
It’s better to handle bad moods immediately, so they don’t become chronic.
