More Possibilities

Are you actually living your life?

Or are you stuck reliving the past?
Stressed about the present?
Anxious about the near future?

It’s easy to do. Especially if your current reality is not ideal.

Is it possible to both enjoy your life (even if you don’t like where you are) and simultaneously strive to improve it and reach for something better?

I think so.

It. requires us to put things in perspective (like seeing that stress we are dealing with now is temporary, and seeing that difficult moments are full of insights and opportunity.)

Mindfulness is a fancy word for living in the moment.

As American Professor Jon Kabat-Zinn once said, “Mindfulness is about love and loving life. When you cultivate this love, it gives you clarity and compassion for life, and your actions happen in accordance with that.”

Find what’s possible. Create something new and beautiful from what’s not.
