“I should have”

Is the worst way to begin a sentence, or a thought process.
“Should have’s” are mental spiral and lead us nowhere we want to go.

The past is the past.

It can either be a lesson for us or a burden. But dwelling on what should or could have been isn’t as fruitful as focusing on what you can do NOW.

Turn your full attention to the present. Let no stone be unturned on your happiness and wellbeing. A life of meaning and worth is earned each day.

You should never view your challenges as a disadvantage. Instead, it’s important for you to understand that your experience facing and overcoming adversity is actually one of your biggest advantages.
