The hardest part about moving past a difficult outcome or failure is to actually move past it instead of dwelling on what was or what could have been.

Likely the hardest part of the two.
Your mindset will either help you or prevent you from moving forward.
You’ve got to let the past go, and focus on what’s possible in front of you.
You’ve got this. Now you have to believe it and do something about it.
