What do you enjoy doing for the shear fun of it?

Something not out of obligation or because of what you gain from it (money, status, skill), rather, something you just love doing.

It’s easy to ignore what you are passionate about what you need in the moment. You stop playing guitar because work and responsibilities crowd it out. You stop dancing because it doesn’t pay the bills. You used to write, but now you don’t have time.

When life gets hectic, I tend to forget to do what I love most, until I realize that doing what I love is the antidote for a hectic life.

Don’t let the busyness and striving of life crowd out what you love.

Because through what we love, we will find meaning and reason to strive in the first place.
