What’s Your Bliss?

Setbacks are easier to deal with when you take your mind off of the sting of them with things you love.

I’m not talking about pounding some weed.

Create, Explore, Learn.

Dance, yoga, paint, sketch, read, hike, kayak.

Do something that is good for your mind to get you out of your mind.

In a counterintuitive way, by not focusing on our problems, we can begin to think and open up space for opportunities to solve them.
