Sometimes our mind affects how we feel. It can turn good things into great things, or setbacks into hell if we are not careful.
But sometimes you just need a sandwich.
Well, when I say ‘sandwich’, I really mean that sometimes we just are neglecting what our body needs and that’s why we feel bad and or crazy.
Have I eaten something healthy recently?
When’s the last time I had some water?
Have I moved my body today?
Have I done something fun today that I love?
Have I worked on my goals at least a little bit?
You’d be surprised what a walk around the block, a glass of clean water and a shower can do for your mood.
As humans, we all need these types of input of self-care.
Even a robot needs electricity or a fresh reboot eventually, so why do we expect less for ourselves?
Treat your body right, and it will treat you right. ‘You’ as in who you are, and who you want to be. It’s hard to fight for a dream when you are winded from too much pasta and not enough greens.
