What conversations are you most likely to remember fondly?
A conversation where the other person continuously talks about themselves? (me me me me mememememe)
Or a conversation where the other person is interested in you?
(someone who truly finds you interesting and wants to know more about you)
If you’re smart, but make others feel like idiots (by what you say, do, and portray) you are far from brilliant.
Brilliance is lifting others higher than yourself.
The smartest people in the room are smart because
they make others feel smart.
Make other’s feel smart
I want to be remarkable, but if I push that on people, I’ll just come across as arrogant.
Lift others up.
Be a lighthouse.
