What I Can Control

I can control my habits instead of my habits controlling me.

I can control my spending/money instead of debt/poverty defining my life.

I can control who I give my time to and how much time I give by being the owner of what I say YES or NO to.

I can control how my body, mind, and spirit feel through optimal nutrition and doing activities like music and dance that rejuvenate me.

I can't control every passing thought, but I can direct how my mind thinks. I can focus my mind on opportunity, abundance and creative expression through affirmations, mindfulness, and exercise.

I can control my actions, for actions speak loudest for what my life represents.

Stay BOLD, Keep Pursuing,
